VIS had the pleasure of hosting Milda Mitkutė, founder of Vinted. Her advice to young entrepreneurs – it’s better to dream big and build it yourself. You can never hire someone with the same commitment and sense of ownership as a founder. She also recommended that students select universities that will enable opportunities for honing your critical thinking skills and a flexible mindset. She added that a BA is an experience that helps you to better understand yourself so don’t worry so much about the degree you choose, but rather the journey.
