This week, VIS came alive with the sounds, colors, and spirit of Poland!
Our MYP students kicked things off with a fun quiz exploring Polish history, geography, culture, and language. The excitement continued with a lively Polish pronunciation competition, brilliantly hosted by our Polish students. Everyone also had the pleasure of enjoying a beautiful performance of Chopin’s music by two of our talented students.
On Friday, we were thrilled to welcome the Polish song and dance group Wilenka to VIS! Their vibrant and captivating performance for our upper school students was the perfect finale to our week-long celebration of Polish language and culture.
