What is a Strategic Roadmap?

The conversion of a Strategic Plan to a Strategic Roadmap in 2021 was a response to changes in thinking about the applicability of the former to the context of schools. We have adopted a Roadmap model in recognition that our work on  issues like wellbeing is ongoing and cannot be condensed into an artificial time frame. It is always going to be important, but the focus changes. The roadmap allows us to be more agile regarding how we approach these ever-present goals and initiatives in a manner that fits the context of the school at a given point in time.

Our strategic projects for the 2024-2025 school year reflect our school improvement projects in the areas of pastoral care/student wellbeing, the authentic promotion of cultural proficiency, and alignment of pedagogical practice with concept-based inquiry. Additionally, we are working intensely to upscale our administrative processes.
